On 26-Dec-97, Alastair Murray smashed the keyboard with:

It's a well known bug in AMCAF and also in DME (as far as I know), the
problem is due to samples that don't start with a '0' word. You can
fix the samples by doking '0' into the first word of the sample, then
it should work..
